肯尼亚资本市场管理局（CMA）正就区块链分析平台开展招标采购，以配合《2025 年虚拟资产服务提供商法案》实施后的加密资产监管。根据招标文件，该平台将支持对包括 Bitcoin、Ethereum 在内至少 20 条区块链开展实时及历史交易监测，识别涉嫌欺诈、洗钱、恐怖融资及制裁规避等活动，并具备跨链资金追踪、交易关系分析、高风险钱包识别，以及检测向肯尼亚提供服务的未获许可离岸平台等功能。目前，肯尼亚尚未发放虚拟资产服务提供商牌照，现有运营商须于 2026 年 11 月前完成合规。（Decrypt）http
